ALO Cloud Code – Information and Usage

1. Introduction

The Cloud Code is a unique code provided free of charge by DOMA Automation s.r.l. to its customers to activate and configure ALO Cloud services. It is usually associated with an ALO device, such as the ALO Photo Tube or ALO Photo Sphere, and grants access to the features and modules available under your plan.

2. Cloud Code Functions

• Uniquely identifies the customer’s ALO Cloud instance.
• Determines which modules and features are enabled.
• Assigns the dedicated cloud domain.
• Links the account to the available ALO Coins.

3. Hardware Association

The Cloud Code is typically linked to the serial number of your ALO device. This association ensures that cloud services are used with genuine and registered hardware.

4. How to Obtain a Cloud Code

Customers who do not have a Cloud Code must send an email to [email protected] including the serial number of the ALO device in use. The Cloud Code will be provided free of charge.

5. Usage and Responsibility

• The Cloud Code is personal and must not be shared or transferred to third parties.
• Unauthorized use of a Cloud Code may result in service suspension.
• The customer is responsible for keeping their code secure.

6. Limitations and Suspension

• DOMA Automation reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the Cloud Code in case of improper or fraudulent use.
• The Cloud Code may be revoked or replaced in case of hardware replacement or upgrade.
